'SPIRA HOTEL es una grandiosa opción para conocer el centro de Oaxaca ya que los mejores restaurantes están ubicados a no más de 15 minutos a pie.
El lugar es increíble para hospedarse ya que cada habitación cuenta con una decoración única por diferentes artistas, el personal esta siempre atento para cualquier imprevisto con una gran actitud de servicio a los huéspedes.

'Location was great! Place is beautiful, they should instal a sofa/bed . Beds are too small, i rent the room as advertise for 3 persons but the lack of sofa/bed make it very unfortable for a 3rd person . Other than that everything wwas wonderful. '

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
