Having a second bathroom upstairs made things even more convenient. The property itself was beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained grounds that we really enjoyed. We’d definitely recommend it!'

'Very private setting and extremely quiet. On dead end road and very little traffic. The small lake is a gem, particularly because there are no motorboats. Access to hiking, including in the Sylvania Wilderness, is a real plus. For folks looking for a true northwoods getaway free from noise, traffic and crowds and surrounded by natural beauty, this place qualifies.'

'We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Penny house! The Host was very responsive and the house was super clean and well stocked. The grill out in the backyard and the seating by the fire pit was great! It was also really nice to have access to the garage. The location is perfect for whatever activity you choose. 'We had a wonderful time up at this Lac Vieux Desert cabin. Beautifully upgraded, very clean, great layout. While the driveway down to the lake is very steep, the heights of the cabin give great views of the lake. We loved sitting out on the deck and and enjoyed sunsets out on the dock -- even caught several fish right off the dock! We definitely hope to return!'

'Property is as advertised in the photos and listing. This is a mobile home. Recommend to able-body guests. Gravel incline leads to front deck. The natural steps leading down to the dock are a little steep and uneven. Some steps are taller / shorter than others. A person should be steady on their feet when using them, because they require a little balance. However the last step down to the dock was loose and there was a partially broken board in the dock itself. Host says she is working on...
