'The property is super comfortable, clean and maintained. My interactions with the staff were all warm and cordial. The apartment was cleaned everyday, and the provided ameneties were also excellent. We could make full use of all cutlery, utensils, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The balcony of our apartment gave us an excellent view of Harder Klum and the funicular. The location of the property is also excellent, being right next to the station, making it easy to just hop on to buses and...

'Great hotel, close to trains, easy walking to city center, safe area, great breakfast and excellent central area for access to other towns.'

'Location is great but don’t expect too much. Very expensive for the value you get, run down carpets, small and dated room with hardly any amenities. Shower in small bath tub with a shower head reaching up to half of my height. From the 7 hotels we’ve visited across Switzerland, one of the most expensive but underwhelming experiences.'

'Everything was perfect! The hotel is in such a convenient spot accessible to a lot of public transportation! The breakfast buffet was extremely great! Also something that I would like to highlight “The staff was extremely nice and kind!” That is something I really appreciate as tourists!'

'This hotel is really very very below average. Rooms are not high quality clean. Surrounding is noisy. Bed were not comfortable too. Will never go there again. Avoid it.'
