'The property is super comfortable, clean and maintained. My interactions with the staff were all warm and cordial. The apartment was cleaned everyday, and the provided ameneties were also excellent. We could make full use of all cutlery, utensils, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The balcony of our apartment gave us an excellent view of Harder Klum and the funicular. 'Very pleasant stay at this hotel while in Interlaken. The hotel is kept up well and was very clean. The housekeeper for our floor was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff did a great job of taking care of anything we needed. We were able to store our luggage both the day we arrived and the day we left. 'Great hotel, close to trains, easy walking to city center, safe area, great breakfast and excellent central area for access to other towns.'

'Location is great but don’t expect too much. Very expensive for the value you get, run down carpets, small and dated room with hardly any amenities. Shower in small bath tub with a shower head reaching up to half of my height. From the 7 hotels we’ve visited across Switzerland, one of the most expensive but underwhelming experiences.'

'We were greeted by a lovely staff member who explained everything well and helped us with holding our bags before checking in. She was very friendly. The room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a great view of the beautiful scenery. Great location near the train station too!'
