'We were able to check in early, and to our surprise, our rooms were upgraded to family suites, which was much appreciated given my wife’s mobility needs. My wife stopped by the front desk to ask about the route route to Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, and the Schilthorn. A little later, there was a knock on our door — Judit from the front desk came by and walked us through a clear, step-by-step plan for the journey. It was thoughtful and took the guesswork out of the morning. '

'We had a quatro room, with two beds in two separate rooms. It was clean and modern designed. The cute balcony had a nice view over the city centre and mountains. Most spots are within a -30 min drive. '

'This hotel is really very very below average. Rooms are not high quality clean. Surrounding is noisy. Bed were not comfortable too. Will never go there again. Avoid it.'

'I received an upgrade to a superior room which was spacious with dual aspects that gave pleasing views. The furnishings were showing wear, but the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom appeared new with a good shower and well appointed. Breakfast buffet provided plenty of choice and good quality, and an outdoor terrace with a garden was a plus. Finally, staff were friendly and eager to please.'
