'Front desk staff was usually absent, so we waited outside for several minutes until someone arrived to unlock the hotel door. Only one keycard was provided for the room, and the room felt cramped and uncomfortable. A bulky window air conditioner took up space and didn't work well enough, leaving the room stuffy all night. The sleep quality was bad because bed squeaked loudly. In addition, we heard upstairs guests walking with noise of the bed squeaks and the cars going by outside the window due...
