They stated that because I booked with a third party, they could not help me. I had my third party call them several times at the correct number, and the Westin would not pick up.

'From check in to check out the staff was friendly. I appreciated the free coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. Overall, I found the property to be pretty clean and well maintained (appreciated the decor in the lobby). There is a restaurant on site (we didn’t eat there) and restaurants nearby. Also super close to the metro and some street parking. The overnight parking is reasonably priced ($24 a night), garage is super tight!'

'My second stay here won’t be my last. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel is pet-friendly. The location is fantastic, right next to many great restaurants and two major grocery chains. The train station is just a five-minute drive away, and the place is very safe, with a late-night security check patrol.
The only inconvenience was that the TV doesn’t accept phone sharing, and the thermostat is so tricky that you have to call them if you need to change it.
