'We got there later than expected and Paul held our reservation. After driving all night through the rain. I was so concerned. I didn’t like how now when you call on the phone you can’t be connected directly to the hotel. You have to talk to 3 different people before you get where you need. But once I talked to the hotel it was great. I’m really not a fan of the 3rd vendor. '

'I was in for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. 10 minute drive. The place looks just like the photos. Very Clean. Everything you need. I will be back if I need to be in Orlando for a convention.'

'I took my daughter here for her birthday, a night away stay-cation and the pictures does it no justice for how beautiful this hotel is. It's very modern & classy. The staff from valet, to the front desk to around the surrounding areas were very friendly and helpful. Very beautiful and convenient with the 3 restaurants on property and the pool.... everything is breathtakingly beautiful where you would forget you are in Orlando. 10/10 will recommend. I'll book again maybe for a baecation next...
