'This is the most beautiful old hotel right in the old city. I had a little trouble finding it as you have to pass through the barriers to get access to the old city. Looking at Google maps, I mistakenly thought access was on the main road. Hristo, the owner, had registered my car details so I was waved through the barrier with no problem. 'We really enjoyed our stay at Hello Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the eating area was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the floor in our room was a bit dirty, which was unfortunate with our baby crawling around. Still, overall it was a great stay, and the hospitality really stood out.'
