'All was excelent '

'The staff was very nice and helpful. I brought up concerns about stays on my pillows which the hotel staff switched out pretty quickly. Breakfast is not included with the stay. You’ll get a breakfast voucher if you choose to eat there, which I wish I would’ve been told at check in and not when I had a plate in my hand trying to serve my small child. '

'I called the front desk at around 8pm saying my toilet was clogged. He offered to move me to a different room which I did. Once I was ready to go to sleep I discovered that the AC was not working at all. I didn’t bother calling down because it was late and I didn’t want to be moved to another room. Staff was friendly but those 2 issues made the stay awful. '

'Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. The room itself was clean and well stocked though the bathroom did have a slight mildew smell. However the pool area was small; pictures online are very deceiving! The indoor pool area was dark and dingy, The hot tub was smelly. The carpet on the 5th floor smelled terrible; it is in desperate need of replacement. '

'This was our first time staying here, and overall the experience was a bit uncomfortable. The room layout felt unusual because our room was downstairs but the stairs inside led up to the actual room, which felt a little strange to us. There were also a few maintenance issues. The doorknob on the restroom door was broken off, and the closets had no lighting, which made it difficult to see our belongings. For a two-day stay, only two towels were provided, which was not very convenient. Another...

'The first time I stayed there was back in February, and for some reason they ask for cash deposit wich I think it’s fine but I forgot to ask for it that time, this month I went back to this place to stay and ask about my deposit , I was told I would get an answer the next day wich I didn’t, they wait until I left to tell me I was not getting this money back because it was been deposited to the hotel account already since I didn’t go back do it in time, I ask them why they didn’t call to let me...

'The restroom walls were peeling in our first room and had to request a room transfer. The breakfast buffet was a major disappointment. Junk food across the board. Minimal amount of healthy options. Food was cold. The hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. Staff, beds and pillows were good!'
