Ski Chalet just a 5 minute drive to Story Land, and less than 10 minutes to downtown North Conway, Attitash and Cranmore – you’ll be in the perfect place to enjoy everything the valley has to offer year-round.

Come back after a day on the mountains and enjoy the spacious family room with board games or a movie night, or enjoy a camp fire outside (wood provided) with dinner on the deck. This Chalet is perfect for families or a group of friends looking to be close to everything in the valley!

Whether you`re hitting the slopes at Attitash or Cranmore, exploring the enchanting world of Story Land and its BRAND NEW water play area, Moo Lagoon, or embarking on a scenic hike through the White Mountains, there`s something for everyone to enjoy. There is a garage on site for you to use during snowstorms so you won`t need to worry about clearing snow off your car.

Our home has mini-split Air Conditioning / Heating units in every room. They quickly cool or heat the space. You will be in complete control of the temperature in each room.

There is a Weber propane grill on the back deck for your grilling pleasure. (Propane provided)

In the kitchen you will find a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, sugar, Splenda and creamer provided.

Your sleeping arrangements are:
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - Bunk bedroom (twin-over-twin sized beds) with a twin trundle & Pack n Play

All bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first level.

Upstairs is a spacious open concept living area.

You will be able to self check-in with a door code and you will have access to the whole home.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Please don`t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions during your stay or if there is anything we can do to make your vacation more comfortable or enjoyable.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property, no third party rentals.
This property accommodates 6 people. No more than 6 people may be at the cabin.
No parties or events. No loud music.
No glitter or confetti is allowed inside OR outside.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the cabin. If you smoke outside, dispose of all cigarettes butts safely. Do not leave them on the ground.
Candles & Fireworks are prohibited.
No hair dye or clothing dye may be used in the cabin.
Guests may not charge electric vehicles at this property.
Power / Wi-Fi Outage & Storms: Power outages due to snow or wind are unpredictable. No refunds will be given for any weather related issues. During storms the area can lose power but generally it is restored within a few hours.
This home is privately owned: the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables by the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
You need to be 25 or older to book this home.
Please take shoes off at the door - the sand (in the summer) and salt (in the winter) is very bad for the flooring.
Absolutely no smoking inside the property.
We love fur babies but expect you to clean up after them and report any damage before departure (if any).
Parking for up to 3 cars only.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.
