'First of all thank you for allowing us to drop off our luggage 6 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN. That helped us go to the close attraction (just a few blocks) Osaka Aqarium. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of additional amenities and adjacent to universal studios. Will definitely return!'

'Stayed here as had a 1.5 day ticket to USJ. It took me 15 mins to walk there so is ideal. The hotel also offers an amenities drawer where you can get bath soaks, toothbrushes etc and as well as having a water machine and microwave has an ice machine which saves you a small fortune (it was super hot when I went so wanted ice all the time). Staff were pleasant in my interactions with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here again (esp as it was far cheaper than other hotels in the...

'Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). 'Het was een erg fijn hotel. Het enige nadeel was het geluid s avonds laat van het park en station. Maar het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en de kamers waren zuiver en groot. Met een beetje geluk heb je een fantastisch uitzicht op het park. Ik zou hier zo weer blijven!'
