Een gloednieuwe unit met 2 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer, moderne keuken en een ruime woonkamer om van te genieten.

Het heeft ook dubbele beglazing en deuren en heeft geluidsisolatie in de muren tussen de units. Het is warm en zonnig en heeft een terras waar je van een kopje koffie kunt genieten.

Het heeft alles wat u nodig heeft om uw eigen maaltijden te bereiden en een tv met verchroomd gietwerk, zodat u uw favoriete programma's vanaf uw apparaat op het tv-scherm kunt bekijken. We leveren ook internet voor uw behoeften.

Onze accommodatie ligt zeer dicht bij South City, waar een supermarkt is met een verscheidenheid aan eetgelegenheden, een bank, een postwinkel en alle tijdmachines. Het is 5 minuten rijden of 30 minuten lopen naar het stadscentrum van Invercargill.

Ook is het ongeveer 5-10 minuten loopafstand van het Southland ziekenhuis

Deze accommodatie biedt u comfort tijdens het bezoeken van onze prachtige stad terwijl u onze stadsparken, restaurants, winkels en nog veel meer bezoekt.

Invercargill is de thuisbasis van de Burt Munro-uitdaging, de transportwereld voor motor- en vrachtwagenmusea, de Ronde van Southland en vele andere evenementen

Great little place to stay over on our travels. Very clean, comfortable and centrally located. First of our Stayz homes to have an electric blanket on the bed. Great little bonus. Very easy check in and we had everything that we needed.

Confortable, well-equipped unit

The unit was ideal for our weekend stay for our family of 4. Although close to a main road, it was quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and having a washing machine and dryer in the unit was a real bonus. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very obliging. The only downside was the lack of towel rails for 4 people. Another towel rail or even hooks on the back of the door would have been helpful. Overall though, would highly recommend this accommodation.

Roomy and nice

Unlike many VRBO’s we have stayed at, that have “stuff” all over the place trying to make it look “homey”, but taking up valuable horizontal surfaces for setting your stuff on, this place is rather spartan. Nothing sitting anywhere, just a few things on the walls. It looks sort of “sterile”. That being said, however, it is a wonderful place to stay. Lots of room for spreading out, making yourself at home. Everything is new, clean, shiny and works! The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The location was good. It was quiet, parking was easy. There were 3 units in this building- all VRBO’s I believe, because when we drove up there were people unloading suitcases from their cars into both of the other units. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to family and friends and look into staying here if we were in the area again.

Well appointed new accommodation in South Invercargill. Outside areas still being developed and an outdoor seating area sheltered from rain and wind will be an asset. Brand new place, very comfortable.

Cant go past the queen bed, comfortable like a five star hotel. This place has everything for your needs, great kitchen, shower, wifi and very secure. No garden yet because the places are new.
