'It’s a nice hotel with great views and big rooms. The service was a bit too much for us, but the visitors from mostly Asian countries seem to like it that way. The staff and breakfast was a bit rude, but so were the other guests in the restaurant. Might have to do with limited space for everyone.'

'Nice new modern building but no pool. Sauna is nude . Breakfast is always with cue, we did 7:30 and 08:30 and 09:30. Waiting everywhere 30 minutes.'

'Were in 3 different cities while visiting Japan. This hotel had the BEST breakfast of them all. Rooms are compact but very well laid out. Very nice amenities to take to your room, with pant presses, irons and hot and cold water available by the elevators. Rooms have water jug and kettle, cell phone charger with all the different types of connector, robe and slippers. Well located in Nagasaki, walking distance to public transit, and bus station. Walking distance to the wharf and Dejima...

'Geweldig ontbijt, fijne sfeer, goeie locatie, vriendelijke medewerkers.'

'Just great - this is an excellent hotel…service, comfort, staff, design, location. Would go here definitely again.'

'We had an amazing stay, thank you very much. If there were a drying rack, that would be A++! :)'
