'de locatie was ok, niet dat de poetsvrouw taxen kwam innen, waar ik niet van op de hoogte was en ook niet dat ze de deur open deed met haar eigen sleutel en ook niet dat ze savonds om half 11 op de deur klopte om te innen. Graag goede communicatie hierover op voorhand.'

Très bonne communication à l'arrivée avec un pack d'accueil qui fait plaisir pour le 1er petit déjeuner.L'environnement est calme et la maison est bien située pour visiter l'île. A savoir : les chambres sont climatisées mais pas les pièces de vie. Il y a un ventilateur à disposition. Un deuxième serait un plus.Je recommande.'

'Wij verbleven 1 week in de suite met zn tweeën dus ruimte zat. Prachtig uitzicht. Vanuit de hoger gelegen villa's nog mooiee. Comfortabel ingericht. Heerlijk bed. Fijne ruime regendouche. De schoonmaak was super. De verhuurders zijn heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Gaven ook goede restaurant tips in de omgeving. Een ideale en rustige plek om het eiland te gaan verkennen '

'The villa was perfect for us. 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite and balconies with amazing views over the sea. Lovely pool which was cleaned during our stay. 15 min walk to the gorgeous beach with the choice of 2 tavernas..with delicious homemade Greek dishes. Maria was very welcoming , meeting us at the airport and leaving a delicious pie for us as well as basic groceries. There was everything we needed in the villa..we would definitely return..'

'A lovely villa that could offer so much more with a little TLC. Advertised as having oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher had none of these. Very basic kitchen with a fridge freezer and hob. Issue with water at the villa - on three occasions we had no running water from 9pm until the next morning. Electrics kept tripping too. Curtains didn’t meet and so the beautiful early morning sunshine woke up my chils so ended up all having to sleep in the one bedroom in a double bed. TV needed a pin and...

'Villa Balatsinos is a palatial, beautiful villa with the most exquisite accommodation and facilities. It exceeded our high expectations, and we had the most perfect week. The property is not overlooked, and with the generous garden around the villa means it is in a perfectly peaceful location with incredible views down to the sea.In addition to this, the owner was in contact in advance and introduced us to the local hosts - Gina and Nikos - whose warm and generous welcome was a wonderful start...

'This place is amazing! The villas are clean, modern and stylish. The location in Assos is gorgeous. Panos was warm, friendly and gave lots of tips about the island. His breakfasts each morning were incredible - fresh, local ingredients and so yummy! We would definitely recommend staying here - you won't regret it! '

We had a wonderful holiday on Corfu and that was to a great deal due to this wonderful property and its garden and pool located next to the beach. 'Heerlijke 2 weken gehad in VIP Paradise met vrouw kinderen en 2 kleinkinderen. Fantastisch uitzicht . Heel fijn zwembad wat bijna iedere dag schoongemaakt werd. In onze vakantie werd 2 keer bedlinnen en handdoeken verschoond!! Bij aankomst lagen er snacks, brood , beleg, wijn en water klaar, fantastisch. In elke ruimte airco ook op de slaapkamers Enig puntje wat verbetering zou behoeven zijn de douchecabines, die maar voor de helft functioneren. Maak hier fijne inloopdouche s van en het huis is...

'We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. The owners could not have been more welcoming and kind. It made our first trip to Zakynthos such a happy and memorable...
