'Very well maintained, water preasure could have been a little better. Using 2 bathrooms dropped the pressure a lot, access to the lake was very good too, could use 2 garbage dumpsters got to be very over full, overall great place to stay'

They are friendly, kind, and so accommodating to whatever you may need to make your stay comfortable! We love the furnishings, the peaceful surroundings! 'Our transmission went out on our way to okoboji while towing our boat...we arrived at this house in a terrible mood and no plan as we were planning on boating the whole time. The house was sweet and perfect. I loved the neighbors and the simple set up. It could definitely accommodate more people if you brought air mattresses as they have so much room in basement.
