'The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was...

'Clean staff was friendly parking was easy and a good breakfast'

'Waarschijnlijk het beste hotel in de omgeving. Buiten het centrum van Rochester, maar het is maar de vraag of je daar zou willen verblijven omwille van de veiligheid.'

'-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. 'Convenient location for the strong museum'

'We loved it! TV was a nice size. The coffee maker made a very good cup of coffee. Bed was super comfortable.'

'Wonderful stay, staff was excellent!'

'It's just across the street from ROC, took literally 2 minutes to walk to it. Front desk was very helpful & they have breakfast in the morning. 4-6 is a cold breakfast & & at 6 they have hot food as well. Beds were comfy, it wasn't super busy but it was quiet.'

'Good stay'

'Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me.'

'Our host Gary was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a beautiful classic building. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return!'

'Thanks!'
