Very convenient for a quick stop on a long travel. We arrived early and asked if we can check in early because we were so tired from the long drive from Northern CA. Lucy at the front desk, managed to accommodate our request and we were so thankful because we needed the rest.

Rooms definitely need to be renovated and housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning.
The sofa in my room had a giant hole in it. The bathroom wall trim was peeling off, and the tub needs to be reglazed.
I always go behind housekeeping to clean, and it’s a good thing I did because I found hair in the bathtub and also in the bedding.
Outside of those issues. Stay was sufficient for my business trip.

I booked for two nights via Expedia and on the second night I showed up to my room and was locked out. Turns out the hotel only had one night booked and they blamed Expedia. They cleaned my room out, threw everything in my luggage and basically put me out on the street at 1030pm. I called Expedia and they re-booked a room for me at no additional cost but at that point it was midnight. Massive inconvenience. The rooms are clean but run down.

First day microwave didn't work, gave us a another one. knowing it didn't work. my sister almost got hurt cause it start sparkling. Then gave us another one this time he checked to see if it works before giving to us. 2nd day toilet didn't flush and I have to fix it, not facilities manager. they just gave me a plunger . Communication is terrible

Horrible service and outdated dirty place
One person for the whole hotel and counter so no one was at counter for 30 mins so had to wait in lobby. The room was unsanitary
Lots of what looked like homes so living there. The freezer door wouldn’t close. The heater didn’t work had it set at 90 and still barely blew warm air.
Bathtub didn’t have a plug but agent said no more rooms and half the bathtubs don’t have plugs.
It was like a motel 6 kind of establishment.
It was just my daughter and I and I was grateful others didn’t come w us

When arrived it was extremely hard to find parking. Entered the room and tried to turn on the A/C nothing. Me beiing a retired General foreman i thought id give it a look. Without getting into it i can tell you the A/C anh Heating unit didnt just go out ots been like that for a while. Also the bathroom looks like it hasnt been maintained. The molding had wood rot no caulking around the sink toliet and shower. I kept my clothes on after looking at the bed. What a big mistake. Also we checked in later that night so when i walked over to the office it was dark and locked. So theres so many other places to spend the night. This wasnt one of them

Great service and clean rooms.
I personally think this hotel is great. I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past for a week. This last time I stayed the customer service was great Brittany and the assistant manager Carlie were super helpful.
The room was extremely clean and the kitchenette was fully functional with a full size refrigerator.
This is the perfect place if you have a long visit or even just for a night. I was in a Deluxe studio and I would highly recommend it.

There was a woman in the front office who kept staring at me. She had hostile look. It seemed intentional. She was playing some type of stupid game. She wore a large cross as an accessory. I'm not interested in her. I felt violated by her.

different flavors to choose from instant Oatmeal, nlTea n Hot Chocolate they provide as well. Also some good Oats Nutritional Bars n delicious Muffins. Best to go to Lobby before 9:30, because most Blreakfast Items would be "gone"by then ...

The room had a very strong smell of cleaning product when I walked in.
The key card didn't work. The first night it took me three tries(back and forth from my room to the front desk) to get the key to work. It happened again the second day. I don't know if it will happen again if I go out for dinner tonight.

We , my son n I, were very impresed with the XTRA AMENITIES, not found in other places, like regular Apartment Size Reftigerator, Stove and Microwave oven.
Also, they supply with all the essentials like pots n pans, dishes n bowls, etc... to prepare n serve a decent meal. It is a Very nice n very impressive place.
We want to stay ONE MORE DAY, for sure...😀🙃👍...

Check in staff was a little strange. He called servicing the customer as help. Female staff kept staring at us. Night shift staff are in the back and kept us waiting for long time. The service staff came inside the room without knocking and made excuses instead of apologizing.

Everything were well, except the guests in top of my room 2nd floor kept making sounds all night til morning and just tried to ignore it so I can rest and sleep. I just mind my own business whatever they're doing upstairs.
