Hotel smelled very clean as you walked in. Check in was fine, however the floor we were on smelled like weed. I did notify the front desk about it. Both days I was there that floor smelled more towards the afternoon. I had to call the front desk because kids were calling my room around 9 almost 10pm and hanging up, that was frustrating. Front desk said to unplug the phone since they didn’t know how to block the line? Not what I expected to hear! Also kids running up and down the hallway! I did end up asking for a late check-out since I couldn’t sleep and they did give me until 1pm which I appreciated.

Stayed 4 days for work and this hotel was great! Courteous staff, well stocked convenient store, great indoor restaurants, nice outdoor patio, comfy room, great water pressure in the shower, and a coffee/breakfast spot just before you exit.

Pros: comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Cons: *very* expensive dining options that were just average, unresponsive to requests that a lamp be fixed, had to call multiple times to ask for fresh towels, door to faux balcony didn’t open or close all the way and once they “fixed it,” it wouldn’t open at all. Unannounced “resort fees,” (it’s not a resort), unannounced early check-in fees (where else am I supposed to go when the plane lands? Overall, I found the place annoying. And I’m pretty easy going.

There were hidden charges and parking fee was expensive. Garbage cans were too small. Smelly lobby area (like someone who’s covered with sweats and doesn’t take bath for days!). Overall, we’re not happy with our stay. I wish I knew these before I booked.

Great place to stay. We had an early morning flight and the hotel is right across the street from John Wayne Airport. The shuttle was great and the hotel was very nice.

Overall it was a really stay and very high quality. You can't beat the close proximity to John Wayne Airport and the free shuttle service. The only downside for me was the body lotion dispenser in the bathroom was empty and the neighboring guests doors would slam shut and wake me up.

Too long for details. Staff was smug and doing the eye talking to each other like I’m the Karen. Not professional. Bad feeling. Ruined experience.

Reserve una habitación doble con ustedes Expedia y el hotel me dio una habitación sencilla que porque no tenían disponibilidad de dos camas, les enseñé mi confirmación y me dijeron que no tenían que era la de una cama o nada y podían poner otra cama sin costo, 🙈🙈 ósea gracias por dame una cama portátil sin costo cuando no me dieron la habitación que reservé con Expedia, y la atención nada buena, en vez de darnos un upgrade o algo diferente, nada ninguna solución esto tengo y ya! Fatal servicio. Lastima de una cadena hotelera cómo está, el servicio del restaurante muy bueno, BEATRIZ MUY LINDA!! Calidad en el servicio y muy atenta, pero no regresaremos a este hotel

Favorite Hotel Tournament venue
This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel for an on-site chess tournament (roughly 400 players). Incredibly helpful, pleasant and accommodating staff, particularly at the front desk. I spent nearly all my time at the hotel. This type of event can be a bit trying for a hotel's staff and yet you'd never know it from the way everyone I encountered was acting including those in housekeeping, security, coffee kiosk, shuttle drivers, restaurant and as mentioned previously, the front desk.
