'Our 2nd flight got cancelled so we were stranded in Dallas. We showed up to the hotel with 3 kids and just a little bit of our stuff since most of our luggage was checked! The staff was INCREDIBLY sweet and understanding. They gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite room so we could check in a few hours early. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Kindest staff ever and super open to upgrading us and being personable. The rooms were clean and great. Would absolutely stay here again!'

'Muy conveniente cerca del aeropuerto de Dallas, el servicio de transporte entre el aeropuerto y el hotel es un poco complicado porque hay que llamar por teléfono y buscar donde para el shuttle, las indicaciones no son claras. El transporte del hotel al aeropuerto hay que reservarlo en el hotel cuando es muy temprano suele estar lleno. Pero un Uber es una buena alternativa en caso de tener prisa !!'
