'We loved it there- couldn’t be more perfect!'

'Had a wonderful stay. 3 couples and none had been to Puerto Rico. The place was amazing and the perfect location. Only real issue we had was no water when we arrived, no fault of the condo. We contacted the host, Luis, and he promptly responded and said he would find out. He shortly responded back and had found out it was a water line break in the area and the water dept was working hard to get it fixed. We had water later that evening. 'The property was very well maintained and it was exactly as I had expected. The host was great at communicating and I liked that all the information was also posted on the door on the inside. We were right near the pool and the porch area was great for people watching/eating/drinking your morning coffee. It was also very quiet. The couch was very comfortable for hanging out or napping. We would book here again if we went back to Isabela.'

'We had a very nice stay here. Apartment was clean and spacious. Right on the beach, pool was beautiful and 24 hour security was a plus. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. Highly recommend this place. Only critique I would make is about the living area. The property can accommodate 6 people Comfortablely but the living area has only two love seats that can seat only 4 people. We were a family of 5 (4 adults and one child). 'Our stay in the sandy beach apartments was exceptional. This was my 5th time in Rincon and this apartment was by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. The place itself is beautiful and clean and the location is wonderful. Check in was easy and we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!'

'The perfect location and apartment for a family! Near quite a few beaches eg. crash boat beach, jobos beach (great for surfers, can be dangerous in some sections), and another we didn't get a chance to go to is survival beach (this one is a hike boots/sneakers required and may not be swimmable depending on time you go). Overall can't wait to visit again!'

'The gated property is well maintained with a nice pool in back, dedicated parking, and is right across the street from a very nice public beach. It is a short walk to the center of town and a short drive to many other things to do and see. Management was very responsive and helpful. The queen bed in the main bedroom was very comfy. The closets are full of beach things. The bunk beds are comfy and good for kids. The balcony is roomy and there is a washer/dryer too.'

'I Loved That the host responded so quickly to any questions we may have had. He also provided recommendations for dining and sightseeing! The Condo was fully equipped with everything needed (snorkel gear, beach towels, Coffee, Tea and more) The Infinity Pool was Gorgeous and even though a rental car is needed for this location Anything you need is only a few minutes drive… If you love Sweet Bread/Patries I recommend Panaderia Omar they also had Delicious Pizza and location is literally 3min...

'So the good! Great location, close to everything, super easy check in and parking. Spacious. Cold AC. Some beach chairs. The bad. Bathrooms, specifically the showers were very dirty. The dryer is broken (doesn’t tumble) so all of our clothes smell like mildew. The kitchen sink is about to come off of the wall. Some beach towels would be a nice touch. Overall positive but this unit definitely needs some TLC and there is a bit of false advertising calling it “beach front”. It’s beach access....

'My family and I loved staying at Casa Arenales. The host gave clear instructions on how to get to the property since it was a little tricky finding it if you arent from the area but with the specific instructions we were able to find it with ease. House was clean and the ac’s worked wonderful. The area was very quiet and the house was well kept. I would definitely stay here again!'
