'The service in Hotel Royal Continental is perfect. We stayed for 5 nights. People are friendly and efficient. The room was very clean, lovely bathroom (shower in the bath tub). Room and beds comfortable. Our room was on the side of the hotel with a nice view on the Mediteranean. Nice balcony. Within a 15 minutes walk one is on the Piazza Plebiscito. 'Amazing place, amazing people and amazing food'

'Een prachtig hotel met waanzinnig uitzicht. De service is erg goed! Het ontbijt is zeer goed, iedere ochtend een taartjes buffet. Goede service aan het zwembad, heerlijk zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. De lunch aan het zwembad is kwalitatief minder. Het gebouw zelf vertoont wel wat gebreken, met gaten in de muur of afbladderende verf. De kamers zijn wel heel netjes! Er waren iedere dag bruiloften, maar iedere avond om 22.30u gaat de muziek uit en heb je nergens meer last van. Zeker een keer gaan...

'Set atop a hill overlooking Ischia Ponte, the location and views are wonderful. The B&B itself is comfortable and the people very nice, even if they hardly spoke English. Facilities could use some maintenance but this is still very much a recommended spot.'

'Wat uniek was aan deze accommodatie was het uitzicht de ligging. Wat minder was het hotel zelf er waren nog onderhoudswerken uit te voeren en die waren ofwel bezig of moesten nog gebeuren. Ook de kamer verdeling wij kregen een kamer in de kelder waar de werkmannen dagelijks passeerden en volop aan het werken waren, dus niet rustig en de gang er naar helemaal niet proper ook het terras was niet proper.'

'Nice stay. We went out of season so island and hotel very quiet. Lovely service from B&B owner. Booked a family room with breakfast but ended up with two rooms...not an issue for us. No breakfast being served either, again not an issue as bakery just up the road. It was our of season so I think these were more of a miscommunication with hotels.com. Great location for Barano beach, easy to reach using no 5 bus from main bus station from ischia port.'

'Villa Tara is an exceptional accommodation; a historic building with character and unique charm. Very beautiful surroundings in the middle of nature. Very quiet location, yet well developed. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. The perfect place to relax and get to know Succhivo, Sant Angelo, Panza and Forio. Warm and courteous hostess, the whole team very committed and friendly. Sinful sweets for breakfast….thank you all for a perfect stay, Anna&David'
