Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option.'

'Prima hotel voor zakenreizigers, dichtbij het vliegveld en gratis shuttle. Ook voor toeristen is het een goed hotel, maar het hotel bevindt zich aan de rand van de stad. Als toerist zit je misschien liever in het centrum van Sofia.
Ik ben er 4 tot 5x per jaar. Dat zegt genoeg, toch?'
'A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly.
Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.'
'Good quality for the price. It’s situated in the business area, next to a large mall. To the city centre with taxi is around 10 Lev and back the same. We only took yellow cab and o.k. Taxi. First night to hotel with O.K. Taxi they try to rip us off, by not turning the meter on. He said 10 Lev is good, we gave him 5 Lev and he didn’t say anything as he knew he was wrong. '
