'Could get most alcoholic drinks. There was a wait sometimes at the pool bar to get our mixed drinks. I think the had to get them from the main bar. Always served with a smile'

'My review of the property is coloured by the fact that I disliked Baru and my husband and I bith left with a stomach bug. The property is one of the better one's on the beach and at the top end so not quite as busy as the central part if the beach. The rooms are very small and there is no air conditioning. 'We had a fantastic time of 2 nights at SOY Local Islawa. Prior to our arrival, the hotel contacted us via app to see how we had arranged our trip to the location and we were given a number of options. Accommodation is only accessible by boat, which was offered free of charge. Our room was really fantastic. Cool by the Arco, clean, lovely bed and a very large nice shower. Kayak is free to use.
