Had to request room change, and had to insist a bit to get it. - There are renovations taking place, which imply construction noise. - Upon receiving the final check, you will get a $70+/day gratuity added. 'This place is a hidden gem. A little dated but the staff attentiveness over powered the looks. The food was amazing. Only thing I dislike is all inclusive had a tier a not available with my booking. Would have been extra for premium alcohol. Only thing I can really say I didn’t appreciate but. Overall great place.'
