From the very personal welcome at check- in, when we were invited to sit and enjoy a complimentary glass of cava while the paperwork was done, to the treats in our beautiful room, and the exceptional staff, especially Juan, who was so helpful during our stay, with restaurant and tapas bar recommendations, and booking a car service to the airport for us. 'Amazing place and good willing to help'

'Das Zimmer war sehr nett und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt aber über Whats App hatten wir immer Kontakt mit dem Personal und die waren immer sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Schnelle Antworten und sogar als wir in der Nacht ein Problem mit der Eingangstür hatten wurde dieses sofort und sehr freundlich gelöst. '
