'We really enjoyed our stay here at the apartment. It's modern with sunny terraces and mostly well equipped. The pool area is lovely and the apartment is in a quiet spot in a gated community. You are right opposite the golf course which is nice view. The location is fantastic; 5/10 mins walk to Carrefour and Aldi, 15 mins into La Cala itself, all relatively flat. 'The house was fresh and nice. A very good location close to the beach and restaurants. A small minimarket was just a 5-minute walk away, and a slightly larger grocery store was 15 minutes away on foot. The garden furniture was a bit worn. The air conditioning was only available on the ground floor in the living room, but there was none on the middle floor where all the bedrooms were. It got unbearably hot. 'It's a wonderful place to stay, very private. tucked away in pretty countryside and yet only a couple of minutes from a supermarket and ten from good restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated in an authentic Spanish style and has everything you need. We loved it! The host, Jane, is most welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to meet her. We will definitely go there again. An extra bonus for me as someone interested in birds, was that the house lies right under the flight path...
