'The place was ok, very well kept but could be better decorated. The rooms are clean and cute but lacks refrigerator or a chair and table within rooms, the washroom is small and lacks amenities. Internet wasnt working and I had stayed for 2 nights to vacation while working remotely so Internet was a must for me. Breakfast buffet was lovely but the main menu lacked variety. Its q cute Salvadorean Peruvian food style but very pricey overall. Pools are cute but very small and water is usually warm....

'My recommendation: don't buy the all-inclusive package for this resort. The food isn't good—there’s no variety, and it’s never hot. Also, with the à la carte options, you can't choose a full meal (appetizer, main course, and dessert); they tell you to pick just one, and if you want another, you have to pay extra. So, why on earth pay so much for all-inclusive? You can find much better food—really good food—in the surrounding area, such as at La Pampa Argentina and other places I won't mention....

'Overall, the hotel is decent, but it does not quite match the photos shown. Some facilities, particularly the bathrooms, are in need of maintenance and modernization. Cleanliness is acceptable but could be improved. With some renovations and better maintenance, the hotel could be much more pleasant.'
