'The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests. 'This boutique hotel is a really nice South American historic looking hotel. what we love the most was the gardening feel and the pool, but the service for breakfast and happy staff all around, make it also a real feel. Rooms are very spacious and we felt very safe even though the neighborhood is not per se the nicest.. we did always drive into Granada at night, but at daytime we also walked. '

'This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place.'
