'The hotel and staff were excellent! I totally appreciated the Moroccan influences in the hotel details (lighting fixtures, the bathroom mirror frame, the sink, etc.). Gave it a really nice ambiance! Check-in and check-out were very simple. The location was great and very close to all the great dining, museums, and more of the Casco area!'

'The location was great, amenities were limited but not exactly needed since the location was so good.Definitely one or two people. The stairs were very tricky to scale especially in the late nights or early mornings, so a word of caution.The most disappointing part of the stay was the a/c. With the heat and level of humidity , it didn’t make the stay as comfortable as we were hoping for.'

'Lovely place. But ceiling decor fell inches from our head, shattering not only plaster onto our bed but our nerves. Management apologized & cleaned up. But only at my insistence did they put in some more screws into the other remaining pieces (which was critical since another piece was already missing, meaning they knew previously of this problem/risk). And not a bit of compensation was offered. Only after my persistent all-day inquiry did we hear the next morning - after we'd already packed up...
