'Hands down one of my top 3 favorite vacations! Bootsies is the perfect location. Close enough to everything by car. Clean, beautiful, and fully stocked with everything, both inside and for the beach. Barbara is an outstanding and attentive host who stayed in touch with me before and during my stay. I haven’t experienced this with any host before. She also gave us so many great tips and suggestions. I would recommend a stay here to everyone I know. I cannot wait to book again!!'

'A conveniently located beautiful house over looking the Atlantic. Pictures are accurate as far as all the amenities and set up of the house. Given the central location, it was easy to go either North or South. Super quiet and private location with the hushed sounds of the Atlantic waves arriving on the shore in the background, along with birds chirping and little lizards communicating with one another. At night, look up and all you see is stars...spectacular. Everything worked in the house...

'Shorebreak can take you back in time. The cottage perched above the breaking waves of the Atlantic is nothing short of breathtaking. From morning coffee to evening conversation, the back deck was a centerpiece for the house. Unfortunately, the ocean took the beach out to sea the week we were staying there, but we adventured to over 10 beaches from French Leave Beach and Surfers Beach all the way up to swim with pigs and turtles. The house has all the necessities that you could need for a weeks...

'This beautiful and comfortable home is at the top of Juicy Hill, which gave us amazing views of the ocean. Seven of us stayed here and there were lots of places for us all to gather, and lots of places to sit alone and relax and read. The beach is just steps away and the houseman is so helpful and available. This was a wonderful place to spend our vacation - thank you!'

'We could not have imagined a more perfect stay. The bed was so comfortable and the porch was perfection. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. Snorkeling within a short walk to the beach to swim around to our view, we saw grouper, tang, angels, lobster, barracuda, seastars, sanddollars, and a lot more.
