'Everything was great'

'Think “Disney meets Las Vegas” in the Caribbean - crowded, chaotic, and overwhelmingly geared toward families. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing, adult getaway, this is absolutely not the place! The resort was packed with kids everywhere, and there was zero sense of calm or serenity at any point during our 5-night stay. It felt more like an amusement park than a luxury resort. To make matters worse, we lost an entire day of our vacation due to an injury caused by the lounge chairs....

'Needs improvement in the appearance of the hotel. The flooring in the room wasn't nice as well as the carpeting in the hallways. The bathtub finishing was peeling off. Lastly and most importantly the heat needed to be on or turned up! the pools were way too cold to enjoy, my kids went in I would of liked to enjoy a swim with them but I couldn't because it was way to cold. '

'Money got stolen from my safe! Overal room was kinda outdated, the bathtub was plugged. There was litteraly 2 nice people from all the staff, the lady at front desk atleast gave me 100 dollar discount for the inconveniance. Overal the crimes in Bahamas are very high , i felt unsafe unfortunally. '

'Excellent Staff, Beautiful Pool Area. On-site dining (pricey, but wonderful food). Rooms are dated, but provides practical amenities. '

'The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...
