'I stayed at Beech Mtn when we went to Acadia Natl Park. Ingrid was very easy to communicate with and the townhouse had everything that we needed. Home is located about 12 minutes away from the main park entrance and roughly 20 minutes from Bar Harbor. Definitely would stay here again. '

Mid-October means much of the Southwest Harbor town is shutting down though, so don't expect breakfast out options. Nice location for the marathon. Clean simple cottage with space heaters as primary heat source. We had mild weather so not an issue. We made breakfast in one morning and had all of the needed kitchen appliances, pans, top of table items. Plenty of linens and comfy, quiet bedrooms.'
