'Excellent location close to the cathedral'

'Room was clean and comfortable, food was lovely, the staff were brilliant and helpful. The only problem was the remote control for the tv didn't work and staff didn't seem to know how to fix it. While it's certainly not the most important thing we all know 99% of hotels have got TV's in them, it's standard these days so the staff should be trained in how to work or set up the remotes and there should always be spares. There should be a set of instructions near the reception or even in the rooms...

'Good and modern hotel. In the heart of the city center so you can walk anywhere from the hotel. We arrived with our car which they parked for us. It's not cheap (GBP 19.50) per day. If you want to spare some money you could park outside of Cambridge and use the park n ride. The restaurant on the 6th floor offers a great view on the city.'

'Super house!! Great location. Enough room for 8 people. Very convenient with all modern equipment in the kitchen, the beds and the bathrooms.'

'The little flat was spot on . The owner was on the end of the phone if u needed to ask any questions. The small town of Bury St Edmunds is beautiful. They had a great little market . And we visited the smallest pub in Britain The people were very polite and friendly. We have family there . So we will be visiting more frequently . Thanks great host.'
