Annual girls trip

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental itself was fine.Great location, beautiful views, elevator could use some work, but overall we had a good time! The pool was closed due to a broken gate, however you could still access the pool area. I honestly have not been pleased with the island reality staff through this process this year. This is our 4/5 year renting through them.

Rinse Stations OFF/Elevator needs repairs

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The elevator needs some repair. The property itself was good other than the water pressure was terrible in the master sinks. It was very frustrating the wash off station was turned off so my husband wouldn't even go down to the beach

Perfectly relaxing condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family thoroughly relaxed in the condo that we have rented several years in a row. The condo is comfortable and attractive without being too fussy. The balcony had seating for all of us- nice to sit out in the evening, or a nice break from the beach. There is comfortable and ample seating in dining room and living room. Really perfect place to stay!

Great Location

Location is great, unit was perfect for our group. You do have to stop at another location to get check in information. The only complaint is the elevator on the property does not always work. That was very frustrating when we had lots to carry from the beach, groceries, or luggage. The unit is on the 3rd floor. I would definitely book the unit again, even with the elevator issue.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property now three years in a row. We have no reason to check other places as long as this is available when we plan our stay. The view from the condo is incredible. The condo has been up grated every year. We are on the third floor and it is very quiet. The people at Island Realty are great to work with providing all the information we needed to have a great vacation. We have never been disappointed with how we were treated. First Class

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location in downtown IOP - the view of the ocean and beach from the third floor balcony was incredible - condo was well maintained and well stocked - we were able to walk to many of the restaurants/bars from our condo - our property manager was great - she coordinated and helped move our belongings in since we were staying for a month and the elevator was not operational when we moved in - she also followed up with the property manager for ocean blvd condos as to when the elevator would be operational again and gave us a date and on that date the elevator was working again -this was the only downside to our trip walking up and down quite a few steps every day for 3 weeks

Condo in a Great Location with noisy mornings & no elevator

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful 3rd floor condo had a spectacular view, but no notice was given that the elevator was not working and no compensation was offered. Also every morning at 8:30AM we were awakened by the the loud machinery noise as they worked on replacing the elevator and wouldn't stop until 9:30 AM. We thought there was a noise ordinance that would have prohibited the work from starting that early. With a working elevator and quiet mornings, a stay there would be 5 star. Our time there was not ideal.

Lovely Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck and watching the waves! The only negative thing was the elevator was very smelly, no ventilation, in need of repairs. I used the three flights of stars because I am immunocompromised and believe me it was hard for me with asthma but chalked it up to good exercise. Sadly my daughter left all her bathing suits and my granddaughters in the condo. They have not been found.
