Geniet van grillen op het dek en loungen in het tochtportaal (met bonus slaapbank). Biedt toegang tot gemeenschappelijk zwembad en tennisbanen en een vijf minuten lopen naar het eiland restaurants en winkels. Draadloos internet, Kabel TV / DVD, Gas Grill, Overdekte parkeerplaats, buitendouche, hardhouten vloeren, marmeren aanrechtbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten, flatscreen TV / DVD in de woonkamer en elke slaapkamer!

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Just feet from the private beach access, pristine, the twin beds together in a room for the kids, a big beautiful master bedroom for us parents, loved the outdoor shower to wash the sand away after each beach visit, and the screened in porch and deck to relax at night were a perfect end to each night.

We had a wonderful stay. It was an easy walk to the beach and everything in the unit was clean. Would definitely stay again!

This property was as advertised. All of the rooms were exactly like the pictures and very clean. We only had as issue with the WiFi and it was fixed immediately. The only negative thing, we were only given one bath towel, one hand towel and one face cloth for each person for 4 days. We would definitely rent again.

This property definitely suited our needs. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great location. Very quiet The beds are very comfortable for a good nights rest. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen is well stocked.Would definitely book this property again.

Nice house in a great location

Handy location right off the IOP connector and near the grocery store. Walkway to the beach is across the street, could not be closer.

The house was perfect and so close to the beach! Fully stocked with everything we needed and very close to all amenities like the grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. The property management was very communicative and available. The unit had keyless entry so they texted me the code and check in/ check out was a breeze! Highly recommend!!

Great vacation

Perfect location! This house was walking distance to the beach,pool, tennis courts, grocery, and dining. Our stay in IOP was wonderful and we will def be back. This home was the perfect size for our family and had most everything we needed. The only issues we had were minor and the property manager was amazing and had them resolved quickly.

Property was clean and has ample plates, glasses and silverware. There are games and books that are also available. It would have made our stay easier if there was more than 1 paper towel roll and 2 towels per bath for a week stay. Coffee filters should also be an included at this price.

Loved being steps from beach path. Neighborhood was quiet and nicely walk-able to the "downtown" amenities/restaurants/shops/grocery. Only slight downside is the home was right on the corner of the main drag and we got a little more traffic noise than expected but still not a major issue. Loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Location Decent/ Clean!

It's a solid property. Not the greastest location, but very good. Near a beach access, so walking wasn't too bad. Not on the water, but we reserved it late, so no surprises there. It's not a 5, but close to enough stuff. The traffic on I.O.P is insane! Be careful walking or riding in a golf cart! No keys. Codes only. Not a lot of communication leading up other than general information emails. The check in packet was very good. Better have a good map or GPS. The property is dated, but we knew that, etc A/C only goes to 73.....use the fans. The bedrooms were a little warmer. Great washer and dryer set up. Nice porch!!! It served our needs. Thanks.

We cooked several meals on the grill.The main air conditioning was not working properly but they had huge floor units in two rooms and window units so we were never uncomfortable. There was an wifi outage daily. A Big 'Thank you' to maintenance for taking care of the fishy refrigerator so quickly which previous renters left behind. We also enjoyed the cooled sun room.There's a wide concrete walkway to access the beach right around the corner from the house. We can't say enough good things about this unit.
