      Mooi ingericht in zanderige tinten! Beachy een slaapkamer oceaan condo gelegen op de tweede verdieping. Geschikt voor vier comfortabel. Nieuwe queensize slaapbank mei 2017! Eigen balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan. Volledig ingerichte keuken met vaatwasser. Tv met dvd-speler in de woonkamer en tv op de slaapkamer. Blijf lekker koel terwijl je slaapt met gloednieuwe plafondventilatoren in de woonkamer en slaapkamer! Nieuwe vloer in woonkamer en slaapkamer en pas geverfde plafonds mei 2017! Nice location, fairly clean, well equipped. BUT, it needs a lot of TLC. You have to lunge against the front door to get it open, a lot of places looked like they are rotten, (especially in the closets), the biggest thing was the smell, the musty smell was strong.

The doorknob on the inside of the shutter door was broken and just had a metal piece sticking out, the fold out couch was stained and the bed part was vey hard to pull in/out and the balcony floor was soft underneath the carpeting. We loved staying her minus those few things. We loved the private beach, pier and pool access.

The bathroom plugins hairdryer and flat iron kept falling out and lighting was very lacking and paint coming off mirrow. The TV was terrible you could not operate it to get local abc cbs nbc and there were no instructions how to operate it. Put on in that people can operate.

Kylie in the office went the extra mile to take care of us.The unit itself was very clean but a bit tired. The owners need to update the coffee maker (rusty) and the kitchen items as they were well used.The location of the unit was just at the top of the stairs to it was and easy in and out. Be sure to bring a sleeping mask as the outdoor lights are very bright even with the shades.
