Deze Ocean Boulevard Condominium ligt in het centrum van Isle of Palms - op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants en pubs. Het appartement is professioneel ingericht en is ruim - 1600 vierkante voet! (versus 1100-1300 voor de meeste twee slaapkamers.) Het gebouw heeft 24 eenheden en een lift.

Mooi Lexington-meubilair, harde vloeren, een flatscreen-tv en veel opbergruimte versterken elke slaapkamer.

De unit is zeer goed uitgerust met alle potten en pannen, schalen, beddengoed en keukengerei die u nodig heeft. We hebben grote mokken, zwaar bestek, placemats, stoffen servetten en 12 specerijen!

De LR heeft twee banken (een met queensize slaapbank), koffietafel, tv met videorecorder / dvd en het geluid van de oceaan om u aan het einde van de dag te ontspannen! Alle raambehandelingen zijn op maat. En u bent in de buurt van alles - geen auto nodig - geen stress!

Waarom voor ons kiezen? Gemakkelijk! U huurt een groot, schoon, bijgewerkt appartement aan de oceaan voor minder geld en ons verhuurproces is gestroomlijnd en eenvoudig.

This was a perfect property. Steps to the beach, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. The host communicates so quickly with anything you need and the view was fantastic. I will recommend this to any families of 6 or less. An amazing and cozy oceanfront unit.

Very nice. Unfortunately the washing machine was broken when we arrived but there was great communication with the owner and she got a new one as quickly as possible. She kept us updated the entire time. That happens and I completely understand—hey we got to wash one batch before we left. Lol

The condo was a dream. We had three couples and it was so spacious. The condo was very clean, and she has everything you can think of to make your stay a breeze. The condo is right on the water with beautiful views of the shore. You can walk to many choices of restaurants with some fun shopping along the way. The host was very quick to respond upon arrival. Extended family vacation was great!

Our stay included two grandparents, a dad and his two sons, ages 5 and 7. Sarah's unit was wonderfully outfitted for our group. The unit is a very nice size, right on the beach, with a large balcony and many toys for kids and adults for the pool, beach, ocean and indoors. Sarah communicated wonderfully with us throughout the trip on any questions we had. We highly recommend this unit!

Wonderful property, with many amenities. Great host. Very attentive and accommodating to any need or question you might have. Fully stocked kitchen, but several good restaurants within walking distance if you prefer. Quiet building and very nice beach access. Unit was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with linens. Attending a wedding in North Charleston, we decided to make a week getaway in the area. After looking at several properties, we decided on Sarah’s vrbo. We so appreciated the cleanliness of the unit, and comfortable beds. My wife was so impressed with Sarah’s attention to kitchen details. The unit was not only stocked with all the utensils and cookware, but seasonings and numerous cooking supplies. The location was so very convenient to the ocean for seaside morning walks, and biking along the shore. Should you need supplies or groceries, Harris Teeter within walking distance or a quick bike ride. Restaurants and seaside shops across the roadway, all within walking distances. A quick 10 min ride will take you to mount pleasant for all the traditional stores or restaurants. Our only negative was the cold temps we experienced while staying this week, however, the entire east coast was extremely cold, so at least no snow… Sarah was an awesome host and readily available with quick response, ( ty again!). I would highly recommend planning your stay here.Chris and Family

Trick or Treat week

No tricks, all treats during our late October stay w 3 adults a baby and toddler. Clean, convenient to everything and comfortable. Gotta love the view and listening to the surf. Super speedy communication w/ property mgr. loved the easy garage parking, elevator and luggage carriers. Thankful for the easy access and yummy cookies upon arrival. Well stocked kitchen but don’t miss a trip to Acme Low Country or Obstinate Daughter and the live music at The Dinghy!

Love This Condo!

This is the most family friendly rental I’ve ever stayed at! They had everything! It’s such a big, comfortable space in a great location. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could think of (even a Boon drying rack + nipple rack for the dishwasher!!). We already want to come back!

Sisters long weekend get away

I reserved Sarah's property without really knowing the area of IOP. Based on her description and pictures online, it seemed like a reasonable reservation. I love it though when expectations are exceeded. For us, it was the perfect place with everything in super easy walking distance (restaurants, grocery store and bike rental). Next time we hope to stay longer and visit more of the area!

Our stay was great - after the tornado alert - was as close to perfect as one could hope.. The condo was well appointed… comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a view that made looking endless.
