Palm Court 5. Prachtig ingericht huis met veel buitenruimte

Geniet van je vakantie in dit charmante en gezellige huisje met drie slaapkamers, op slechts 1/2 blok van het strand en aan een rustige doodlopende weg. U bent ook slechts een korte wandeling naar het Isle of Palms Recreation Centre met tennis- en basketbalvelden, voetbal- en honkbalvelden, een grote speeltuin en zelfs een kleine gemeenschappelijke fitnessruimte. Dit volledig gerenoveerde en designer ingerichte huis is voorzien van alle nieuwe meubels, inrichting en apparatuur vanaf 2014. De woning is voorzien van houten vloeren in de woonkamer, eetkamer, en alle slaapkamers en tegels in de badkamers. Het achterterras is een oase onder een prachtige eikenhouten luifel en biedt een koele en rustige omgeving om te genieten van het buitenleven, een cookout, tijd met het gezin of een avond genieten van de rust van het eiland. Deze woning is volledig afgesloten en beschikt over een luchtontvochtiger die de luchtkwaliteit en het comfort in huis verbetert, vooral in de zomer! De ruimte op het eiland is beperkt, maar Palm Ct. 5 biedt een ruime oprit met comfortabele parkeergelegenheid voor tal van voertuigen. Na een dagje zand en zon kunt u genieten van een oplopende stranddouche die zowel warm als koud water biedt. Linnengoed inbegrepen. Geen huisdieren. Niet Roken. Draadloos internet. Kabel TV / DVD.

Great getaway

We come to the Charleston area quite often but have never stayed on IOP. We loved our quiet little bungalow when we decided to relax from the activities and heat. The close proximity to the ocean was fantastic too! It was perfect for my family and in-laws.

Cozy home is quiet cul de sac

Great little place for our week in IoP. Great location and very quiet neighborhood. Just wish there was an electronic lock instead of keys as that is just one more thing to take care of but it was a great home and highly recommend renting this while in IOP.

Great location, good value!

This unit was very spacious and the location was nice. The beds were so hard, I had to buy a matress topper so I didnt spend all day stretching out my back. The professional ping pong table almost made up for the beds. The family tournaments were a blast.

Great location

The walk to the beach really was super easy, which is what was most important to us. Loves the shady yard. Outdoor shower was super convenient. The house was perfect for our group of 6. I would have preferred just having a lock box to use instead of having to stop by the realty office for check-in/out, but that was a very minor inconvenience. Great place on a great beach with great waves!

We enjoyed sitting in the back yard and it was a nice surprise to find chairs, a wagon and a cooler in the garage. The only thing missing was an umbrella. The location was awesome, because it was only a short walk to the beach. We had fun exploring the area and would love to go back again some day.

Great small family rental

This house was perfect for my wife, 2.5 yr old, and me. It was quiet, had a great location, easy beach access, and quality air conditioning. We’d be happy to stay there again in the future. The entire house had a home-y, welcoming feel. It’s not the Ritz, but was very comfortable. The only thing wrong was some dirty dishes, but the dishwasher (appliance, not my wife) took care of that and there were some one off ants here and there. 4.85 out of 5 in my book.

The house worked out perfect for us, it may not be as big as most of the ones around it, but the location and the accommodations worked out just perfect for us! Well equipped kitchen, fun room with Ping Pong table, nice large table to sit around to play games. We also appreciated the wagon that was available to haul the toys to the beach. We loved our time that we spent here.
