  • Het perfecte strand met 3 slaapkamers om weg te komen! Geniet van het gemeenschappelijk zwembad en de tennisbanen terwijl u verblijft in dit perfecte huis met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers, gelegen in de rustige gemeenschap Beachside. Dit huis is zeer dicht bij zwembad, tennisbanen en een gemakkelijke wandeling naar het strand. Keuken beschikt over granieten aanrecht, met ontbijttafel in de keuken. De woonruimte is een open gecombineerde eet- en woonkamer met barkrukken langs de keukenbar. De woonkamer opent naar een afgeschermde veranda met een andere eethoek en vervolgens naar een open zonneterras met gas grill. Dit is een split-plattegrond met 2 secundaire slaapkamers aan de ene kant met een gemeenschappelijke gedeelde badkamer. Aan de andere kant van het huis is de slaapkamer met een eigen badkamer die opent naar de beschutte veranda. WiFi, Blue Ray-speler, buitendouche, zonnedek en afgeschermde veranda. Grill en beddengoed inbegrepen. Niet Roken. Geen huisdieren.

We definitely recommend it!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was comfy and good space for our family. The walk to the beach is fine at about 8 min. The kitchen / baths were very dated and low end with fiberglass tubs and coil stove. The hardwood floors needed repairs (soft wood in places) and the decking was alarming in its state of repair. The beds were very uncomfortable across the board. Our kids even complained and they can sleep on the floor. The cost was very excessive for the state of the house in the off season. We have frequented many IOP properties as well as properties in the this neighborhood and we know we could have for the cost.
