Wat een charmant huisje is dit! Ligt direct aan Palm Blvd, het is een korte wandeling naar het strand! en de populaire Ocean Blvd-winkels en restaurants. Dit huis met drie slaapkamers en 2 badkamers heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor de perfecte strandvakantie!

Bij binnenkomst wordt u begroet met een prachtig ingerichte woonkamer en eetkamer. De woonkamer is voorzien van een elegante traditionele open haard (hout niet meegeleverd). Aan weerszijden van de woonkamer bevinden zich de slaapkamers. Aan de linkerkant is de koningmeester met eigen badkamer en bubbelbad, licht en ruim! De dubbele deuren openen naar het dek, wat de perfecte plek is voor uw ochtendkoffie! De logeerkamer, met queensize bed, heeft ook openslaande deuren naar een zonovergoten terras, ideaal om te zonnen op die luie dagen! De derde slaapkamer is handig ingericht met twee grote bedden. Veel slaapruimte! De badkamers zijn vernieuwd met marmer en graniet overal!

De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor ontbijt, lunch en diner, dat wil zeggen als je niet al van plan bent te eten in alle restaurants van wereldklasse die Charleston te bieden heeft! Er is een zoete woonkeuken tafel voor extra dineren. Absoluut perfect! Hier komt de zon in dit charmante strandhuisje!

Close to beach and restaurants!

This property had many great features-nice bedrooms & bathrooms. Kitchen was not big (well stocked) but we ate out every night. House is located close to 9th street beach which was lovely & not crowded. FYI-You must bring/rent all beach equipment:chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. This house faces a pretty busy street

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our pup. Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were updated and clean- no bugs. The furniture is a bit tired but overall we enjoyed.

Excellent location within Isle of Palms, and though not an inexpensive property, this house has a better value proposition than other homes closer to the beach. The three minute walk to the beach is minuscule, but the free marketplace deems that distance a significant rental rate discount to homes with a one minute walk to the beach or with private steps onto the beach. Property is advertised truthfully and well maintained. Property management company communication was proactive and efficient. Great property!

The property met all our family’s needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife and I and our 2 adult daughters (ages 24 and 21) had plenty of room. Our 3 dogs (ours + each daughter’s) were accommodated, and this was essential for us to be there. We were a short walk from 9th Avenue beach access, and a short walk from our IOP favorites: Acme, Cafe Paname, Sea Biscuit, The Dinghy. We had a great visit and very much enjoyed the house.

The house is very well appointed. The only minor issues we had, the master bedroom was a little warm, no pantry to put grocery items. The house is really beautiful, great location to beach and restaurants. All within walking distance. Kitchen very well stocked with appliances.

Family Reunion

We loved staying at "Here Comes the Sun". The house was lovely and decorated so beautifully, it felt much more like a home than a rental. Loved all the unexpected extras like cooler bag and beach towels, umbrella and chairs, lighted vanity mirrors in both bathrooms, iron/ironing board and drying rack for delicates and lots of extra blankets for cozy afternoons when the storms roll in. We especially loved being on the quiet side of IOP yet within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach rental voucher was greatly appreciated and we used our beach cruiser bikes daily. Great stay!

Let me start by saying we’re originally from the area so we knew what to expect of the location. It’s a short walk to the beach and shops. The house is decorated nicely, very clean, beds are comfortable, and it has a great outdoor space. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Property was as photographed. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. We did our own Turkey trot and ocean plunge at sunrise! Wonderful memories! Only complaint was kitchen wasn’t that well stocked with proper pots and pans and baking dishes and bowls.

Relaxing, conveniently located home

This house even nicer than I expected! The house itself is well constructed, and the furnishings are substantial and comfortable. The beach is a casual walk down a friendly side street, and the grocery store and several restaurants were a couple of blocks away. We sat outside in perfect weather, enjoying the palm and oak trees. The equipment voucher was a bonus!

Outstanding Family Weekend for the Girls!

One week wasn’t enough

We loved this house. My four year old son loved the basement/garage area the most. So did I. He rode his bike around while we hung out visiting with friends. A golf cart fits perfect in there. Plenty of patio and porch area as well. The place was very clean and updated. Not much of a yard and the driveway was kinda tight, but who cares. Walking distance to everywhere you’d want to eat and drink. Short bike ride to the beach.
