Als onderdeel van onze Island Collection is 8 31st Ave een charmant strandhuis dat u niet snel zult vergeten. Gelegen op slechts een korte blok van de oceaan, kunt u gemakkelijk op het strand pad aan het einde van de straat. Geniet van het uitgeven van strandtijd met familie en vrienden in de grote open plattegrond.

Het huis beschikt over vijf ruime slaapkamers en vier en een halve badkamers, grote open woonruimtes, twee veranda's, een dak en een handige lift om te helpen met bagage en boodschappen.

Werken met exclusieve eigenschappen biedt u een vakantie-ervaring die anders is dan alle andere. Met een volledig bemand kantoor op Isle of Palms en een 24-uurs noodlijn, doen we er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat uw verblijf bij ons uitzonderlijk is.

Wij beheren schoonmaak- en onderhoudspersoneel om de beste service te garanderen. Onze conciërgediensten kunnen u helpen bij het organiseren van privéchefs, massagetherapeuten en al het beste dat Isle of Palms te bieden heeft.

-- Het beleid --

We hebben de eerste helft van uw huurbedrag nodig op het moment van reserveren. Het restant van uw huurbedrag is 45 dagen voor uw aankomst verschuldigd. Als u binnen 45 dagen na uw geplande aankomst boekt, dient u bij het reserveren het volledige bedrag te betalen.

We bieden een reisverzekering aan al onze gasten via Red Sky. Red Sky is gespecialiseerd in het Isle of Palms-gebied en dekt u bij het optreden van een verplichte evacuatie, medische noodgevallen, verlies van een familielid, verlies van werk, etc.

Voor elke reservering wordt een restitueerbare borg in rekening gebracht. De borg wordt in de week voorafgaand aan uw aankomst afgeschreven en wordt binnen 30 dagen na uw vertrek volledig gerestitueerd, nadat we het huis hebben gecontroleerd op eventuele grote schade.

Nice house, good location

House is large with a very nice and large upstairs (Kitchen, dining, great room combination). Master Suite is very spacious, other rooms are large enough. Location is one block from the beach and the house had beach chairs, umbrellas, games and wagons in the garage/basement. Sliders to deck were dirty and one of the decks looked as if it hadn't been swept or squirted off in quite a while, but Exclusive Properties sent someone over immediately to clean them. Kitchen and house in general is well equiped. We did not rent a car (or golf cart) but had no problem getting multiple uber/Lyft rides (maybe we were lucky). Great time of the year to be on Isle of Palms - weather was great. Would rent it again.

Great place for a girlfriend getaway

Whispering Palms is such a nice house. It is well stocked and met all of our needs. Loved being a block from the beach. It was so comfortable we felt like we were home. We definitely will be rebooking for next year.

Great house in wonderful location!

This was the perfect spot for a weeks get away vacation with my sisters. We would take daily walks on the beach which is a couple of blocks away. Also, because it was not far out on the Isle, it was also easy to get to the grocery store, to Mt Pleasant for shopping, or downtown Charleston. The property management especially Karen was wonderful and always immediately responsive to any concerns or questions. I would highly recommend.

Nice, could use a deep clean and updating

House was very nice, great location. Beds and pillows not comfortable at all. Bathroom in bunk room rally dirty and had a hair clog. Happy to see beach equipment which wasn’t listed. Being the end of the season we realized the house is due for a deep clean, but overall nice and we would stay again.

We stayed here during a recent house hunting trip. The house was just as described - well appointed, spacious and clean. The property manager was very courteous and helpful leading up to and through the duration of our stay. Highly recommend this home!

Beach Girls

We had a wonderful time at Isle of Palms. The house was large enough for 8-10 women. There were a few issues with lights out, refrigerator light included, but repairman came and repaired what we ask, except refrigerator light. All in all it was a super house, close to beach and Charleston.

whispering pines great place to spend the week

communication was great, pleased with the quick responses and information. check-in was quick and liked having the key box, house was clean and as pictured, the extra fridge and ice maker were great for our group. location was easy to get around and to the beach path, we rented umbrellas and chairs from chunkys-would recommend, also huge garage and plenty of parking, outdoor shower was great, bedrooms were comfy and glad for the 1/2 bathroom. rooftop deck didn't get used much but fun. porches were nice, we used the one next to the kitchen the most, with 5 couples wish the master porch could have been accessed other than thru the bedroom, and wish there was a pantry for food storage for everyone. was nice to have the dining table and the smaller table we used for puzzles. kitchen was a bit small for this many and not much storage for all our nonperishables. (biggest complaint is the check-in and out times, we've stayed at many other places at IOP over the years and usually in at 4, out by 10, and it was stressed to us not to get there early, but yet repairman was there until almost 6pm to install new dishwasher, and had to come back the next day to repair leak) otherwise we really enjoyed our week

Highly recommend

My extended family gathered here for a wedding on Memorial Day weekend and it was just what we needed! A block from the beach, with tons of beach toys, chairs, and wagons. The 3 balconies are where we spend the majority of our time. The rental company was very quick to answer any questions we had and even came out on a Sunday to work on the dishwasher and sink after we had an issue. If you’re looking for a large home close to the beach this is the one!!!

Amazing House; Love Isle of Palms

Whispering Palms home was simply beautiful. No expense spared; furnishings and decor are fabulous. The home was very clean and conviently located —5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute drive for groceries. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful, Cozy, Great Location

This home was great for our family. We have 5 adult children (ages 21-33) and this fit us perfectly. The living room was spacious and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The table was a bit tight for 8 of us but we borrowed chairs from the round table and could make it work! The roof deck was beautiful and a fun spot to end the day. There were 1 or 2 things we had to call maintenance to come fix but they were so kind and came over immediately, it was never a problem. The Staff (Karen!) was great and helpful! They checked in on us at the beginning and mid-week just to make sure things were running smoothly. We had a great experience with Exclusive Properties and at this home! We will be looking for this home, or another one just like it for our next family vacation. p.s. beach toys, carts, chairs, a grill, 2nd fridge!, and ice machine were all in the garage and where such a nice surprise to have and use! The elevator was really cool and accessible - very fancy!

Perfect for girls trip!

Beautiful home & great location for our girls trip!! Close enough to Charleston for daily adventures and sight seeing but far enough away to feel we were “escaping” the busy city to enjoy the quaint area of Isle of Palms and all it had to offer! Home was fully equipped necessities. The layout was perfect to allow us to spend time together while also having space for yourself. The rooftop deck was a huge added bonus! Rental company was wonderul to work with! Would highly recommend!

Multigenerational Vaca

Our family of 9 ranging in age from 67 to 6 months thoroughly enjoyed our week at Whispering Pines on Isle of Palms! The house was spacious with several areas to gather or to find quiet time. The bedroom/bathroom arrangements were perfect for our family. The kitchen was accommodating and the grill worked great for our 4th of July cookout! We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the beach. The rental company was helpful with suggestions and overall great! We hope to go back in the future!

Beautiful house and great location!

We so enjoyed our stay here with our family. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen, it was very well stocked and a great size. The wagons for the beach were fantastic, we pulled our two toddlers in them! Beautiful house, thank you so much! We look forward to coming back!!!

Great house !!

The house was very clean with modern amenities, etc. Elevator a BIG plus for hauling in all of our bags and groceries.The layout was perfect for our short three night stay with our adult children getting together in the Charleston area for a wedding. Parking was no problem with five autos coming from five cities for our family rendezvous. The kitchen was VERY well equipped and stocked with everything one would need to prepare meals, etc. Although not beachfront, there is easy beach access even though the time of year, weather etc. wasn't conducive to beach time. The management folks at Exclusive Properties were very easy to work with and communicated very well with us before, during and after our stay. We'd love to come again and spend more time.
