Wild Dunes-huis met privézwembad, zonnedek, lift en 2018 Sportscard

Nu met een 2018 SportsCard! Prachtige 4000 SF, vijf slaapkamers, vier badkamer verhoogde ontwerper huis met prive zwembad, gunstig gelegen op Palm Blvd, maar in de beroemde Wild Dunes Resort met parkeergelegenheid aan beide zijden (garage op Wild Dunes side / exterieur parkeren aan Palm zijde). Het schaduwrijke strandtoegangspad ligt direct aan de overkant van de straat voor een mooie wandeling naar het strand.

Geniet van de warme bries en prachtige zon op het verhoogde dek zwembad die gedeeltelijk in de schaduw, zodat zelfs de allerkleinsten kunnen genieten van het water en de koele schaduw te genieten in. Complete badkamer recht binnen de deur van het zwembad voor een gemakkelijke toegang wanneer druipnat. Aangepaste kasten, granieten toonbanken en tegels zijn in alle van de badkamer en de keuken is een chef's droom met grote ruime keuken gebieden, gas kookplaat, dubbele ovens, dubbele vaatwassers, wijnkoeler en ruime granieten werkbladen om te genieten van het koken tijd met familie en vrienden. Er is extra zitplaatsen in de bar van het eiland, zodat vrienden kunnen bezoeken terwijl de chef-koks aan het koken zijn!

Lift van de begane grond naar boven maakt dit huis uitermate geschikt voor familie onderhoudend. Een gas grill is op het ruime dek af keuken met een spiraalvormige trap naar het dak weergavegebied. Geniet van een avond onder de sterren. Breng uw fiets en geniet van de vele paden, wegen en stranden. Vergeet niet uw golfclubs als Wild Dunes heeft een aantal van de beste golfen in de Lowcountry. WiFi en kabel-tv met flatscreens in alle slaapkamers. Linnengoed inbegrepen. Geen huisdieren. Niet roken. Openhaard niet voor gasten.

Gorgeous Beach House for Family Beach Week

My family and I highly enjoyed our stay at Sandcrab Court 11. The house is beautiful and spacious, well decorated and appointed and very clean!! The pool was an added bonus. The kitchen is amazing and has literally everything you could ask for. This beach house is a true gem!

Kitchen was stocked...only missing the crab claw crackers! Other than the kitchen table the furniture is very nice and updated. Love the pool and roof top deck. There were some hornets building nests under the awning but they didn't bother us much. Elevator is a necessity and can be a little tricky but rental company sent out a repairman as needed. Island Realty always quick to respond with any issues!Would visit again!!

We were thoroughly impressed with the amount of pots and pans, dishes, etc. that were available to use. All past rentals have never been at this caliber. The walk to the beach was very short. We did notice the floors seem to have a lot of sand but that is to be expected at the beach. The noise from upstairs does carry downstairs so keep that in mind for late night conversations with others sleeping. We had a lot of trouble with closing and opening the doors on the two balconies. We would think they were closed and we would find them flung open shortly after we thought they were closed. Which can be scary with toddlers so we constantly kept them locked, locking people outside from our group multiple times. The sheet in the master didn't completely cover the bed but other than that we had a pleasant stay and would definitely rent again now that we know how to better operate the doors.

There are 3 large indoor eating areas and outside too. The house is well equipped. The internet kept going in and out, very unreliable. This was an issue trying to watch the Clemson play in the bowl game. There is an elevator, which was a Godsend for me. I can’t manage stairs right now! There were a few things that needed attention. The microwave wasn’t working properly, the refrigerator door handles were loose and you had to be careful. There is a beautiful fireplace and we would have loved to use it on chilly nights but it wasn’t working either. Overall I would definitely rent this home again and we’re already talking about next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach house was large enough for our family of 10. The biggest issue was that it was not clean. It appeared that the floors had not been mopped. Evidently the dishwasher had not been run as dirty dishes were put away in the cabinets. Coffee grounds were still in the coffee maker. Suffice it to say this house needs a deep cleaning. Due to COVID I expected at least the bare minimum. We spent the first afternoon cleaning. We did not want to move out to allow them to come back and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the private pool. It was too far from the ocean .

We arrived and instantly noticed just how spacious it was and how well it would work for our large group of adults and kids! We did have a few hiccups in the cleanliness of two of the bathrooms, but nothing that I would deem as “gross” just needing some extra attention. Unfortunately on our last day there, the fridge stopped working along with the air conditioning-called maintenance and they were out very quickly. So all in all despite the hiccups we still enjoyed it. Check in and out were a breeze.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've rented this house for 5+ years. It meets our needs perfectly as we need the elevator for a special needs child.The only negative is with the new Wifi system. It requires login several times each day as it does not stay connected. It is a new company that is not customer friendly. It is very irritating to have to logon multiple times every day.

Great Vacation House for Families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for a family reunion. Lots of room to eat together and be separate when needed.
