'This is a beautiful cabin on an island off the coast of Maine. The cabin is beautiful inside and out. The owner did a good job of getting us into the property on our arrival day. If you want a quiet, relaxing place, this is for you. Do be prepared for an expensive ferry ride to and from the island. 60.00 round trip for me and my wife.'

'Upon arrival, our room was very hot, but a call to the front desk had fans to our room in minutes to help circulate the air conditioning! The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The kids loved the pool! Walking distance to various eateries and shopping. Would definitely stay again if in the area. '

'I had a great stay at the Peaceful Getaway in Sedgwick. Listing was just as described. Very cute and clean tiny home with everything an individual or couple might need. Beautiful spot to relax, and close to Blue Hill and other wonderful areas. (I recommend a walk through the Harriman Point Preserve in nearby Brooklin.) Check-in process was great, and although the main house is nearby it felt very private. I highly recommend this spot. '

'Amazing spot! Simple, quiet, with a sprinkle of local lobster boats humming by. Perfect weather highlighted the sky, the water and the sunsets. I put away the phone (unreliable internet) opened up a good book, visited the nearby sand beach for a cold plunge, and took in some local theater. This place is a gift for the soul. '

'The space is exactly as described. Everything needed is supplied and owner helped out during a cold snap and came over at 10pm to put the furnace on as it was the end of June where the AC is usually in full swing but the temps dipped down to the low 50’s at night and cold damp rainy days just added to the chill in the air. We appreciate them so much and we would definitely stay again if ever back in the area! '

"Honestly, we really wanted to give a 5 star review, just because Marc was such a great host. But all in all our experience was a bit disappointing - considering what we paid. We had booked a cottage but it was actually a room in a cottage with several other rooms in it. The room itself did not offer the right value for money. It was clean and the bed was great, but everything else felt and looked tired and worn. The curtains looked like they hadn't been replaced since the 90s. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. There was a coffee maker but no condiments to go with it. Camden is a charming place to stay and the High Tide Inn is right on the ocean shore, which probably explains the rates. But if Marc wants to make this place work, he needs to do some work on the place. "
