'Amazing spot! Simple, quiet, with a sprinkle of local lobster boats humming by. Perfect weather highlighted the sky, the water and the sunsets. I put away the phone (unreliable internet) opened up a good book, visited the nearby sand beach for a cold plunge, and took in some local theater. This place is a gift for the soul. '

'Bryan and Rebekah are a wealth of knowledge about the area. They were wonderful to talk to. Cabin 5 is charming and very comfortable. Perfect place to explore the area. We visited Rockport, Camden, Rockland, Lincolnville, Belfast and Union. All easy drives from this location. Be sure to check out Mt. Battie, Breakwater Light and Heron schooner'

'A beautiful cabin surrounded in rich, forest with hiking trails. The property located is tucked away, which makes you feel secluded. Its an amazing and calm experience. The other campers were kind and said hello, when passing by. Fresh food markets nearby. Great nearby cities for more exploration. This was the best and safest experience in a cabin. The maintenance and upkeep is noticeable and I felt special staying in this cabin. This was an epic time away from home. Thank you. '

'Wonderful relaxing spot in Bayside. This charming historic cottage was quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed for a peaceful stay. The owner was easy to deal with, very responsive to questions, and accommodated our last-minute plans. Great location for unwinding and exploring the area.'

'Our second stay at the Flower Farm, a place both restful and intriguing. The apartment has everything you need; the surroundings are full of lush flowering plants both cultivated and wild. The owner brought out the farm’s horse and donkey for us to visit with, and we had a good time rummaging in the farm shop. Set in the quiet countryside of Belmont, the farm is only a short drive away from the bustle of Belfast.'

'The loft was very cozy and perfect for a couples getaway. Well appointed, very clean and the bed was so big and comfortable with beautiful views of the cove. Alex and Siobhan were attentive hosts. We were close to Camden, Rockport and Rockland. Great dining choices and beautiful lighthouses as well as various art galleries. We would definitely return again. '

'We had a wonderful, restful 5 days. I especially enjoyed watching the tides. We kayaked and rode our bikes almost 100 miles over three days in three areas. Lots of lobster, a puzzle, books and campfires. Just what we like: an active but relaxing vacation.'

"Honestly, we really wanted to give a 5 star review, just because Marc was such a great host. But all in all our experience was a bit disappointing - considering what we paid. We had booked a cottage but it was actually a room in a cottage with several other rooms in it. The room itself did not offer the right value for money. It was clean and the bed was great, but everything else felt and looked tired and worn. The curtains looked like they hadn't been replaced since the 90s. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. There was a coffee maker but no condiments to go with it. Camden is a charming place to stay and the High Tide Inn is right on the ocean shore, which probably explains the rates. But if Marc wants to make this place work, he needs to do some work on the place. "
