'Elsa's is a wonderful place to stay if you are traveling to Prospect Harbor. It is a quaint building with beautiful rooms. But what made our stay spectacular was Gail. She is absolutely amazing. She gave us lots of great ideas about sites to see during our visit. She makes delicious breakfasts. And she's just so much fun to talk to. We wanted to bring her home with us! We will definitely come back for another stay as soon as possible.'

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet tucked away in the woods but close enough to restaurants and various other creature comforts in nearby Bar Harbor. I even extended my stay by a day and that was also hassle free. Y’all rock!'

'Room was clean, fridge and microwave, bed comfortable, quiet motel- it’s set back from the road and sheltered by trees. Picnic tables and sitting areas scattered in the shade of the trees. The pool was lovely. Some of the areas around the motel could use a sprucing up, but for the price- we thought it was great.'

'Great location for visiting Acadia National Park! It's close enough to walk to restaurants in downtown Bar Harbor although we typically drove to places because we were exhausted from hiking and the parking in town was convenient. The 24/7 free coffee+snacks+water in the lobby were super convenient too, almost more convenient than a free breakfast buffet.
