'Would 100% recommend this hotel. Convenient location only a couple of mins walk from the ferry port but also far enough that it feels calm and secluded. Views from the rooms and restaurant/breakfast area are amazing, overlooking the sea. The whole place is very clean and well maintained. Staff are universally lovely and helpful! 'Das Hotel ist abseits auf einem Hügel mit schöner Aussicht. Schöne Plätze im Freien zum Relaxen. Leider kein Restaurant, kein Getränkeautomat, schade. Nach Vereinbarung fährt das Haustaxi die Gäste zum Essen und zurück. Zimmer Nr. 2 hat keine Aussicht, Parkplatz des Hotelbuses, der fährt bis 23.30 Uhr, sehr laut. Das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit, das Frühstück sehr gut. Gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen. Hotel mit anderem Zimmer ist zu empfehlen.'

'Il villino che dovevamo avere non era disponibile a causa dei lavori che non erano ancora finiti. Siamo stato trasferiti in appartamento adiacente, appena ristrutturato ma con una camera da letto ed un divano letto (che ogni mattina dovevamo chiudere per potere utilizzare la cucina) al posto delle due camere da letto previste nel villino. 'A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. I was revisiting my family origins in Santo Stefano after many years away. The property is clean, well maintained and well situated from the town, as well as Porto Ercole and Orbetello.
