'The rooms were comfortable and the staff were very nice. The hotel is very conveniently located, not far from most of the main sights in the old town of Palermo and just outside of a free parking place (if you are able to find a spot in this hectic location!). We didn't quite realize how much the hotel guests would be intermixed with the students who stay at Camplus. This made our stay a bit louder and more uncomfortable than we would have liked. 'Our accommodations at Palazzo Sovrana was a nice basic modern apartment. It was very spacious and computable. It is perfectly located across from the Theater where Old-Town meets New-Town. The staff was very helpful. We particularly appreciated them storing our luggage after checkout while we were on a walking tour of the city.'

'This hotel was amazing! Great staff, very clean hotel, and room. The beds were comfy, breakfast was provided daily, and was always fresh. I was always asked if I wanted a coffee and the staff would go make me one. A/C works great. It's on the 4th floor so great views. Close to Palermo centrale, grocery store almost directly across the street, bus stop is maybe a 2-minute walk. '

'Very Old and outdated hotel. Terrible Breakfast'

'Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it'
