Right next to shopping mall with lots of choices for dining and relaxing lounge options. Hotel staff were professional and room was very clean. Shower pressure is the best ever!

Beautiful but HUGE miss upon check in
Let me start with from every single detail, this hotel is absolutely beautiful and feels like what one would expect with a five star hotel. The smell, the ambiance, the clientele, everything about it was gorgeous. The room was equally as beautiful. The only reason I am giving this hotel less than a five star rating was due to the fact my debit card got stolen earlier in the trip and the hotel refused to allow me to pay for the deposit using ApplePay or cash. Even though I paid close to $1,000 USD for two nights, the hotel insisted that they remove all of the minibar food and drink amenities which was extensive, in exchange for not paying a deposit, even though I offered to pay one… this felt humiliating having someone follow us up to our room and remove everything. This also meant no room service as well unless we were paying by cash, which was fine. Overall the hotel itself was great but that little speed bump gave my partner and I a really bad taste in our mouth and I don’t know if we’d return just due to that alone.

We had a wonderful experience at The Address Hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is immaculate, the decor is beautiful, with excellent five star facilities. It is clear that the team maintain very high standards throughout... I applaud them for it! Another 'hidden' benefit is the retail (and leisure) development next door. I wanted a high quality hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary, and my birthday - and I was truly delighted to have chosen The Address hotel. It's a real gem!

A lovely hotel, always stay at the address in dubai and Istanbul is no different if not better! Great service, spacious modern rooms. Unfortunately only 1 day at the hotel was not enough but was great! Location is on the asia side so further away from all the tourist attractions however nice to see this side of the city. Emaar square accessible from the hotel. Amazing shopping mall and restaurants all close by. Used the pool at the hotel and had amazing views and a lovely clean pool.
