I recently stayed at this hotel, which is marketed as a 5-star establishment, but unfortunately, it did not live up to that standard. In reality, it felt more like a 3-star experience.
One of the most frustrating issues was the lack of basic amenities — we constantly had to remind the staff to refill the soap in the bathroom, which shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this caliber. The condition of the hotel was okay overall, but nothing impressive or luxurious.
Housekeeping was also inconsistent. Even though we used the system to request cleaning, we were still frequently asked whether we wanted the room cleaned, which felt disorganized.
The worst part by far was the breakfast. No matter what time we came down in the morning, there were never any available tables. We often had to walk around for 30 minutes just to find a seat. The selection was also disappointing — they didn’t even offer boiled eggs. It simply didn’t meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel breakfast.
The best thing about this hotel was the location. It’s conveniently close to major tourist attractions, which made sightseeing easy.
Overall, I’d give this hotel an average rating. If you’re expecting a true 5-star experience, this place will likely fall short.
