A good place to be if you would like to walk to all the historical attractions around SutanHammet. The staff were friendly, helpful courteous and just nice humans. The rooms are cozy and clean. There is no noise coming in from the street level. There were no in-dining options but there are plenty of restaurants on the same street. Thank you Aprilis for a memorable visit.

The hotel is perfectly situated to walk to the main attractions with a multitude of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, the roof terrace bar is stunning but the best factor about the hotel is the staff. Everyone was amazing but special mentions to Berdan and Elif for doing everything they could to ensure we had a great time.

Enjoyable stay - the location is brilliant - so close not more than 2 mins from a tram stop - then you are connected across Istanbul. The staff are really helpful and go out of their way to help you - I can’t say enough good things about their customer service. Breakfast was pleasant and enough to give you a good start to the day. We had our elderly grandmother so my parents and them had a connecting rooms and this was very beneficial for us. Not all the rooms have a window which looks outside so check the type of room you book beforehand, economy room etc. the cleaning service was also brilliant.

Very good location. Bedding and bathroom were clean, and cleaned when requested. My only criticism is the state of the room itself was a bit dated. The floors had water damage, and the lighting in the room was very dim. It had more wear and is older than the impression you get in the pictures.

Очень советую отель! Превосходное расположение в историческом центре, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Рядом метробус. В отеле спокойно и чисто. Номер отличный, комната даже для троих очень большая. Не пожалели

Hotel was in a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning did not work very well and the bed was extremely unconformable.

Dear Mark, The problem with the air conditioning was instant I suspect. Make sure there is no problem with the central system. The beds were comfortable for some people, uncomfortable for another people. Unfortunately, not all tastes are the same. For whatever reason, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for taking the time to write a comment. Next time we promise you won't have any problems
