Prima hotel op loopafstand bezienswaardigheden
Prettig kleinschalig hotel, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer aan de kleine kant maar netjes en prima, kluis en TV + gratis koffie/thee. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met lokale gerechten, prima ervaring.

It gives me pleasure to write few words about Balin Hotel, very good location, historical sites are easily accessible. Everyone in the hotel from the front office to restaurant very hospitable.I highly recommend this hotel for families as well..

Our stay wasnt that good as our room had no lights. We had to use the bathroom lights. Informed reception and nothing was done. On the description it says there will be bottles of cold water and an electric kettle in the room for teas and coffee but nothing was there. Dissapointed

Impressive service
Probably the most attentive, friendly, helpful staff I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive to the guests needs. I love how charming the hotel is, but the best part was for sure the staff! The hotel is also located in a great area so people can explore the city walking or via the city trolley. I absolutely loved Istambul and I believe my experience was great and I know that had a lot to do with the wonderful hotel staff. They gave me ideas many times and told me what was the fastest, cheapest way to get around the city. My room was cleaned daily, and I appreciated my free water, with ice too! I was very impressed with my whole experience! Thank you Balin Hotel crew 😄👏

Excellent location, but it needs more cleaning.
We stayed for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is excelent, less than 2 minutes from Beyazit metro station. There is a mosque in front of the hotel, so if you need more silence, you can ask for a room in the back(no view). Beakfast was good, but you need to wake up early, 8AM is okay, 9 is too late. The hotel in general is in good condition, but it requires more cleaning and some small fixes . In the bathroom floor of the room that we stayed were small pieces of broken glass. The reception arranged to be cleaned on the following day, but it was dangerous as somebody could get a bad cut or worse. Overall we had good stay. 3.5/5

Mon avion a été annulé, certes je n’ai pas pris d’assurance vu que j’ai pris la chambre la veille et que j’étais sur d’y aller, je n’ai pas demandé un remboursement mais un report à ma nouvelle date d’arrivee Qu’on m’a refusé, une fois j’ai eu un cas similaire l’hotel Avait accepté de me laisser un solde créditeur chez eux. Je suis donc insatisfait de leur sens du commerce et de la satisfaction client surtout que je ne veux pas de remboursement . Merci à l’equipe Hôtels.com qui ont tenté d’arranger également le problème

Not really happy...
Hotel was fine but rooms were not properly clean.the first day was ok but other days you would see staff on the floor for previous days.i even wrote that they must clean the floor. Bathroom They will enjoy the bin and wipe the floor if there's empties of shampoo or what so ever they will leave it there.if you left a cupboard open in the morning you will find it in the evening opened till you come back. Food Breakfast They will give a plate with cold breakfast that you can see it's yesterday's but it was on the fridge.they choose on what you eat sometimes

Sehr nettes Hotel Personal in Top Lage!
Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich ! Die Lage ist Top direkt an der Tram Haltestelle gegenüber der Grand Basar! Das Bad war schmutzig ! Auf dem Matratzenschoner waren ältere Blutflecken! Die Zimmergröße war ausreichend! Die Lobby war schön eingerichtet

j'avais téléphoner la veille pour demander que la navette vienne me récupéré a aéroport. a mon arriver pas de navette ,elle été en panne obliger de prendre un taxi pour aller a l'hôtel. l’hôtel non conforme au photo,j'ai réserver un chambre avec un grand lit et j'ai eu 2 lit 1 personne,pour la wifi elle rame beaucoup . pour les gens qui veule faire du tourisme sa vaut le cout

Don't waste your time.
Honestly there are so many places to stay in Istanbul, please don't feel like you need to pick this one. When we arrived, they couldn't find our reservation. They said they would have to see if there was a room available. We ended up waiting for 2 hours until someone checked out and they were able to get the room ready. I would have left except that the reservation was non-refundable and they has my credit card info. When we FINALLY got a room, it stunk of smoke. I tried to open the window and it fell on me. Other than that, everything was fine, but the above mentioned is enough for me not to recommend this dump. Beautiful city, stay somewhere else!

The hotel was decent, had a perfect location very close to the shops and as well as to the train and bus station. Wasn't very satisfied with the hotel cleanliness. Needs a renovation perhaps as well

Bästa lägen och trevlig personal.
Trevligt hotell med toppen personal. Frukost helt ok, badrums standard kanske aningen sämre men rent. Bäst av allt att hotellet ligger i perfekt läge, nära till spårvagnen, Grand Basaren och övriga sevärdheter ligger bara 10 min gång avstånd från hotellet. hotellet har en mycket trevlig restaurang som vid senare timmarna erbjuder trevlig atmosfär med mycket folk som sitter och umgås och röker vattenpipa. kan varmt rekommendera hotellet.

Obwohl wir haben Superior Zimmer mit Stadtsicht gebucht, wir haben Zimmer mit Fernster auf einem Lichtschacht(304) gekriegt, angeblich weil alle anderen belegt waren. Nach Reklamation wir haben die richtigen Zimmer(307) mit Stadtsicht bekommen. Das Bad, besonders die Duschkabine ist zu klein.

Abbiamo soggiornato il 12 e 13 dicembre 2014. L'albergo è molto bello all'esterno, gradevole all'interno. La nostra camera era piccolina ma pulito. Il bagno aveva qualche "acciacco" ma comunque pulito ed ordinato. La colazione non è proprio eccezionale, ma nel complesso neanche così male. Bella saletta interna con musica dal vivo.
