It was one of our favourite hotels we stayed in Antalya. Service is great, food selection is amazing. They even have starbucks coffee station Only a few flaws that i need to mention . No Iron provided for a 5 star hotel ver inconvenient as you have to get laundry services to do that for you considering you want to enjoy your time holidaying not worry about wrinkly cloth.mid night snack was nothing special just left over from thats days dinner. If you miss dinner for some reason you have to deal with left overs. Next door hotel has loud music all night , their entertainers scream loudly on the microphone that you cant even hear tv is on. You cant sleep before 12 pm specially with having a kid . All and all great hotel thanks

Hôtel convenable dans quartier calme et sécurisé
Le personnel est très aimable et professionnel, ils sont à l’écoute et vous conseillent pour que ce soit pour les visites touristiques ou même le taxi, n’hésitez pas à leur demander , ils travaillent avec des taxis de confiance.il n’y a pas beaucoup de variétés au petit-déjeuner mais les aliments sont de bonnes qualités et goûteux. Le seul point négatif est le service de nettoyage , n’hésitez pas à insister pour que votre chambre soit nettoyé.Sinon dans l’ensemble pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c’est très abordable et l’hôtel est à 8 min à pied du métro, il y a des commerces de proximité et des restaurants au alentour, c’est bien desservi. Un dernier point très important,c’est un quartier où il y a un commissariat et c’est très sécurisé, je recommande vivement pour les femmes seules ou avec famille.

Bizden önceki misafirler odadan çıkar çıkmaz odamızı hazırlayıp normalde belirtilen süreden çok daha önce giriş yapmamızı sağladılar. Genel olarak personel çok kibar, saygılı ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Otel fiziki özellikler bakımından bölgedeki otellere göre bir tık daha yeni durumda. Açıkçası oda temizliğinde bazı eksiklikler vardı ancak belirttiğim gibi biz sadece valizimizi bırakmak için erken gitmiştik, önceki misafirin çıkış yaptığını, dilersek 20 dk içinde odayı teslim edebileceklerini söylediler. İyi anlamda acele edildiği için bazı şeyler atlanmış gibiydi, normalde oda temizliği de bundan daha iyidir diye düşünüyorum. Odada terlik yoktu istedik hemen getirdiler. Yatakta birer yastık vardı, istesek onu da getirirlerdi. Tekli yataklar birleştirilmiş ama rahattı. Odalar bölgedeki otellere göre kesinlikle daha geniş. Kahvaltı geliştirilmeli. Konum, işini çaba göstererek yapan personel ve belirttiğim diğer sebeplerle tercih edilebilir.

I came to istanbul many times , more than 6 times , This stay was my worst stay in my life . Where shall i start : - room amenities was very poor ( the basic things like tissues box was not there) - breakfast was very poor , i asked them for omlet they said it is chargable and it is not included in the open breakfast -the day before my check out i asked the front office to allow me for late check out , and he agreed , the next day he asked me to check out at 12 and i have to leave or they will call the police , when i told him ok call the police then he scared and said it is ok no need , i insist to call the police , at the end he pretend to call the police and after 5 mintues he told me it is ok , you can stay upto 2 pm. -parking nightmare : the hotel has a free parking facility (as they mentioned in the website) but they are taking the car from you and throw it any where in the street , one time it was parked infront of the gate of a government building with big sign of "no parking". -The last day they return my rent car with mirror broken, and when i asked them who did this to my car , the reply was " we (the hotel staff)parked the car outside the hotel area ,and it is not our responsibility"even i asked them for police report they said go and take care it from your side.

Room is spacious and neat&clean. Toilet and shower was also good. Staff at night time was very cooperative. They ordered a McDonald's on our behalf. The only downside was the mattress. They combine two single mattresses on a king size bed due to which I couldn't slept. There was a gap between these mattresses due to which I suffered a pain in backbone and spent an uncomfortable night.
